Manufactures castings in various material and grades
such as Grey C.I., S.G.Iron, Steel, Stainless Steel 304,
316, Alloy Steel, High Carbon High Chrome, Manganese
Steel, Hestalloy, and all grades of Bronze. (Copper Base
alloys). in their own foundry in the name
of Mipa Engineers Pvt. Ltd. having
following facilities.
MELTING: The metal is melted
in INDUCTOTHERM Make Induction Furnace
MOULDS:
The moulds and cores are made in no bake / conventional green send/
Shell moulds Or With a combination of two
As required
.TESTING: The critical elements are
checked with in house facilities including Testing of
Hardness
FETTLING & CLEANING: The risers
are cut with a cut off machine and are Cleaned with
suitable Grinders.
