MIPA is manufacturing High pressure Multistage Pumps and has about 25 years of experience in this field and have served various industries with their expertise in this field.

 MIPA products are manufactured at GIDC Vaghodia, Dist.Baroda, State Gujarat, India. The manufacturing facilities are housed in 7000 sq.ft. of construction with a plot area of 25000 sq.ft.

The critical castings used in the pumps such as Impellers, Diffusers etc. are manufactured in their own foundry with Shell Molding technology for better finish and using high frequency induction furnace achieving better metallurgical control.
 
The Components are machined with close tolerances and accuracy in the machine shop having precision machines. The shaft & rotating assemblies are ground all over for accuracies in microns. The individual impeller and the entire rotating assembly is balanced as per international standard using latest microcomputer controlled dynamic balancing machine. All the machined components are thoroughly inspected before assembly using standard gauges & precision instruments.
 
All the pumps are tested for actual performance on the test bed. All the test are carried out as per IS 5120 and the results recorded form part of the quality control system.
